These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A2Z DIGITAL SOLUTIONS website and services. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide IT consulting and delivery services including web development, cloud & DevOps, automation, security audits, and product engineering.

2. Proposals & Fees

  • Estimates and proposals are valid for the period stated and may be subject to change after that period.
  • Fees exclude taxes unless specified. Taxes are the client’s responsibility.
  • Invoices are due as specified in the agreement or on the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to information, systems, and personnel necessary for delivery.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to keep schedules on track.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, you own your data and project-specific deliverables upon full payment.
  • We retain ownership of pre-existing IP, frameworks, and know-how used during delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purpose of performing under the agreement.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • We provide services with reasonable skill and care.
  • Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for consequential or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach or as otherwise stated in the agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
