Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to deliver excellent service. If something falls short, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may apply.
Eligibility
- Engagement fees are typically non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or agreed in writing.
- Prepaid retainers may be refundable for unused time if a project is cancelled by mutual agreement.
- Third‑party costs (e.g., cloud fees, licenses) are non‑refundable.
Timeframes
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the invoice or payment date to be considered.
- We will review and respond within 7 business days of receiving your request.
How to Request
- Email contact@a2zdigitalsolutions.shop with your company name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- We may request additional information or schedule a short call to clarify the situation.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
- Either party may cancel an engagement as set out in the governing agreement.
- Fees for work performed up to the effective cancellation date remain payable.
